  • Pomegranate:

Pomegranate is another fruit which is equally dangerous during pregnancy. Although, it is a healthy fruit with lots of benefits but induces uterine contractions which results in miscarriage. Pomegranate as a whole fruit, or as juice, smoothie etc. should not be taken during pregnancy.
